Keto Fudge
A delicious fudge for those on keto, or those who are just trying to cut back on their sugar intake. Perfect for the holidays with a cup of tea!

  1. In a double boiler, bring water to boil in the bottom pot. In the top pot, add butter and chocolate.
  2. Once completely melted, add in condensed milk and erythritol. Stir to combine.
  3. Once combined, pour into prepared 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment or waxed paper. Spread evenly into corners. Refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
  4. Remove from pan by lifting the parchment. Transfer to a cutting board and cut fudge into 16 equal pieces. Store in refrigerator up to one week or in freezer for one month.
