If you’re like me, you like mixing up the sauce on your pasta (or veggie noodles!). The only bad thing about alfredo sauce is the high fat content.
Before spiralizing, we had no idea that this sauce could be made at home (with cashews!). It tastes the same, without all the extra fat. This is not to say that cashews are low-cal, but they’re definitely healthier!
This sauce is great with zucchini noodles with roasted chicken and red pepper, or with Cajun shrimp. DELISH!
